I recently had the opportunity to tour Ceres Mobile Estates, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The moment I stepped inside, I was struck by how pristine and well-maintained everything appeared. The cleanliness of the space was truly commendable. However, what really made the experience exceptional was the presence of the Park Manager, Susy. Her friendly demeanor and genuine enthusiasm for helping me find the perfect mobile home made the entire tour a delight. Not only did Susy provide insightful information about the various amenities and features of the mobile homes, but she also took the time to understand my preferences and needs. Her attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction left a lasting impression. Overall, I cannot speak highly enough of my tour experience. The mobile homes themselves were beautiful and well-maintained, but it was Susy's exceptional customer service and inviting personality that truly made the difference. In the last 2 years I've visited the Mobile Home park a few times. The park has always been clean and well maintained,  even when it was in different stages of upgrades. The maintenance team has always been friendly and outgoing with greetings. The on-site manager is the best. Susan is friendly and knowledgeable about her community. 9/19/25  I recently had the opportunity to spend some time at Ceres Mobile Estates for a Back to School Event that they were hosting for their community and school age residents. Susy, had the club house decorated and ready for her community to gather, eat and get school supplies. It was so nice to see the residents and staff enjoying each others company while sharing a meal together. There were some games and a raffle and of course school supplies. Such a great atmosphere. This is one of the nicer mobile parks in the area and it is a testament of its new management. The streets are clean and there is a peacefulness that you feel within the park. I have only been here for a couple months but I do not regret moving here. I thank Susy and her staff for all the great work they do and for how helpful she was with my move. Lovely community! Parking can be a hassle, but that's more on some neighbors owning like 4 or 5 cars than management.. Enjoy the pool and the space is nice for a walk too.
